Nestled amidst serene olive groves, Masseria Don Egidio offers a tranquil retreat in the heart of Puglia. The spacious room, complete with a private kitchen and modern amenities, provided a comfortable stay. The value for money here is exceptional, considering the level of service and the generosity of Maria and Vincenzo. Despite the kitchen being closed during our visit, Maria's delightful breakfast spread showcased fresh farm produce, including milk from their own cows, truly a rustic treat.The charming property boasts a picturesque landscape dotted with olive trees and prickly pears, creating a quintessential Italian countryside vibe. Interacting with their adorable pets, Gisella, Philomena, and Ugo, added a whimsical touch to the stay. While the absence of certain amenities like a restaurant may be noted, the genuine hospitality and serene ambiance make Masseria Don Egidio a hidden gem for those seeking a peaceful escape without breaking the bank.
